1. Eligibility:The John Lewis Voucher Competition (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Internet Property Finder Limited, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, officer and representative are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") and Sponsor’s (as defined below) decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Eligibility for entering the Promotion is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor & Administrator: Internet Property Finder Limited, Union House, 182-194 Union Street, London, SE1 0LH, England (the "Sponsor").

3. Timing: The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”), 16th June 2008, and ends at 11:59 p.m. GMT, 15th July 2008 (the "Promotion Period").

4. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, propertyfinder.com will host survey on the website. Only those who complete the survey in its entirety will be entered into the competition. Only one survey entry per person.

5. Determination of Winners: Internet Property Finder Ltd will randomly draw the winners of the competition. If the potential winners fail to comply with any of the requirements set forth herein in a timely manner, or if a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the date of notice or attempted notice, then he/she will forfeit the prize.

6. Prize: Three (3) GRAND PRIZES: The winners will receive a John Lewis Voucher valued at £50. There are 3 vouchers to be won.

7. Publicity: Participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information and hometown for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion by the Sponsor or Administrators, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Release: By entering this Promotion, entrant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Sponsor, and any promotional partners, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliate and related companies, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Promotion or resulting directly of indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy. This Release does not apply to claims for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of Sponsor or Administrators.

10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties exclude all liability for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related activity (except to the extent that such personal injury is caused by the negligence of Sponsor and/or Administrator). If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion; provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Terms and Conditions to be available and/or claimed Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

11. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Courts of England and Wales; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event legal fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim direct, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.

12. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used to: (a) contact potential winners; and (b) if an entrant selects to receive additional information from the Sponsor on the entry form, to send additional information to that entrant. Entrants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. Entrants may request such action by emailing pr@propertyfinder.com.

13. Winners List For Major Prizes: Promotion results of the major prizes and/or a copy of these Terms and Conditions may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the “£50 John Lewis Voucher Winners/Terms and Conditions Request”, c/o Internet Property Finder Ltd. Requests must be received by 25th July 2008 for the winners list.

14. General: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the winners’ or entrants’ statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, and the documents referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the entrant and the Sponsor and supersede any previous agreement between the same in relation to its subject matter.
