My lawnmower has little chance of survival.

It is with sad regret that I must inform you our little mower is poorly with little chance of recovery. She has served us well over the years, even when she was forced to drive over her own life line by my wife.........twice. The pain and suffering caused goes beyond belief but after I nurtured her back (with some electrical tape and wire snips...a true surgeon I know) she has been limping along.
I don't have the heart to tell her that her blades are shot, her cable is knocked and she gets uglier every year but now the Flymo Visio is up for offer. I think I can overcome my silence and break the news. I think the following should be suffice, a gentle but honest approach. I am sure you will agree............
