Squirrels, foxes and the water ban have ruined my lawn

My lawn is not very large but has suffered greatly this last year. It has always been well looked after until last summer when it was dehydrated by Thames Water's watering ban. Then the squirrels started digging and burying things in it. Then the foxes dug a huge hole or two. Then my old trusty friend the Stripemaster gave up the ghost........ Please help before it gets beyond repair.
