Love your Lawn Competition

Terms and Conditions 
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  1. Eligibility:  The Love your Lawn Competition (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.  Employees, officers and representatives of Internet Property Finder Limited, Flymo as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, officer and representative are not eligible to enter the Promotion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.  Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") and Sponsor’s (as defined below) decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Eligibility for entering the Promotion is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  2. Sponsor & Administrator:  Internet Property Finder Limited, Union House, 182-194 Union Street, London, SE1 0LH, England (the "Sponsor and Administrator").
  3. Timing: The Promotion begins at 16:30, Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”), Tuesday 27th March 2007, and ends at 11:59 p.m. GMT, 29th April 2007 (the "Promotion Period").
  4. How to Enter:  During the Promotion Period, follow the sign posts on www.propertyfinder.com and email pr@propertyfinder.com with the reason why your lawn requires some attention. Your entry may be posted on http://blogs.propertyfinder.com.
  5. Determination of Winners: Internet Property Finder Ltd will judge the competition. The entrants who provide the most compelling stories will be the potential winners.  The potential winners will be notified on or about 4th May 2007.  If the potential winners fail to comply with any of the requirements set forth herein in a timely manner, or if a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the date of notice or attempted notice, then he/she will forfeit the prize.
  6. Prizes: two (2) GRAND PRIZES: The winners will receive a Flymo Visimo lawnmower from Internet Property Finder Ltd. The prize cannot be exchanged, and there is no cash alternative.
  7. Publicity: Participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information and hometown for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
  8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion by the Sponsor or Administrators, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and/or civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  9. Release: By entering this Promotion, entrant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless each of the Sponsor, and any promotional partners, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliate and related companies, and each of its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Promotion or resulting directly of indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.  This Release does not apply to claims for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of Sponsor or Administrators.
  10. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Courts of England and Wales; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event legal fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim direct, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
  11. Entrant's Personal Information: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.  Personal information will be used to: (a) contact potential winners; and (b) if an entrant selects to receive additional information from the Sponsor on the entry form, to send additional information to that entrant. Entrants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal data. Entrants may request such action by emailing pr@propertyfinder.com.
  12. Winners List For Major Prizes: Promotion results of the major prizes and/or a copy of these Terms and Conditions may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the "Love your Lawn Competition Winners/Terms and Conditions Request”, c/o Internet Property Finder Ltd. Requests must be received by 18th May 2007 for the winners list.
  13. General: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the winners’ or entrants’ statutory rights as a consumer.
  14. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, and the documents referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the entrant and the Sponsor and supersede any previous agreement between the same in relation to its subject matter.
