UPDATE: Ways of getting out of paying your rent
You may remember way back in July when we blogged on some tenant rage in Essex. A tenant knocked down the landlord's house, badly damaging two cars in the driveway, and destroyed a police car that arrived at the scene. The story ended yesterday when he was jailed for six years. Landlords beware: there's a lot of anger out there!
