A family have come up with a very interesting concept for helping people to get onto the housing ladder. Darren Capaldi and his family are emigrating to Australia and leaving behind the house they have lived in for twelve years, offering anyone the chance to win the house mortgage free for £10. According to Darren,
We would like someone to have the chance of living and sharing in the community as we have, now that it's time for us to move on.
