I have a property with a tenant in it & have gave 2 months notice .I have put it up for sale with estate agent but they are having problems as regards to making viewings as they can never get the tenants on phone or at the house to arange a viewing .Can they show a client the property if i give the agent a key if they cannot get hold of the tenant as they are being totally unhelpfull.
