propertyfinder.com, a leading UK property portal, is to supply AOL users in the UK with an exclusive new properrty search capability.

The agreement with AOL enhances propertyfinder.com's position as the exclusive property portal of choice for many of the UK's major websites, including upmystreet and Times Online, and highlights the key role that it plays in the online property search.

propertyfinder.com is the fastest growing major property portal with over 1.9 million unique visitors in July 2006 alone. The website provides access to over 200,000 UK properties for sale or rent, with users being able to contact 2,900 of the market's leading estate agents that choose to list their properties with propertyfinder.com.

July was a record month for realestate.com.au, Australia’s largest residential estate agency site with just under 3 million visitors.

July was also a record month for propertyfinder.com in the UK with just under 2 million visitors. The site has now moved into second position in the UK market and has experienced over 165% growth since it was acquired in October 2005.

allrealestate.co.nz is now New Zealand’s second largest residential real estate site with over 150,000 visitors each month.

April was a record traffic month for propertyfinder.com with over 1.25 million people visiting the site.  Since July last year, traffic to the site has increased by 147% from 505,000 people.

What was even more pleasing was that April had a number of holidays during the month which normally would have lead to a decrease in traffic between March and April.

After 10 days of May, traffic is tracking well for another record month.

While 92% of our visitors are from the UK, we have strong readership from the US, Australia, France, Canada, Germany, Ireland and Spain.
